What’s a nice new house without a nice new car? That won’t be a problem for the first four people buying land in a new development in Los Gatos. The developer, Sandy Harris, is offering a Bentley Continental Coupe to the first four people to buy a plot of land on a 66-acre stretch on Shady Lane, with a magnificent view of the Valley stretching out below it.
The lots, which range from 1 to 4.5 acres have a price tag of $1.5 to $2.9 million. The Bentley, worth about $200,000 is thrown in for free.
