According to the Los Gatos town website a few local roads will be temporarily closed to finish a slurry seal project. Weather permitting, the roads will be closed between 10pm and 6am from Sept 14-22. The following streets are scheduled to be closed:
Monday, Sept. 14: Los Gatos Boulevard from Loma Alta Avenue to Nino Avenue
Tuesday, Sept. 15: Los Gatos Boulevard from Nino Avenue to Blossom Hill Road
Wednesday, Sept. 16: Blossom Hill Road from Los Gatos Boulevard to Winchester Boulevard
Thursday, Sept. 17: Winchester Boulevard from Blossom Hill Road to Parkside Court
Sunday, Sept. 20: Winchester Boulevard from Parkside Court to Lark Avenue
Monday, Sept. 21: Winchester Boulevard from Lark Avenue to Division Street
Tuesday, Sept. 22: Santa Cruz Avenue from Highway 9 to Blossom Hill Road

Is it just me or is the paving going on on Winchester exceptionally bad? There’s craploads of gravel left on the road, and it looks uneven and streaky. It may be an undercoat or something, but if it’s not I want Los Gatos’ money back, it’s worse than it was before.
