Aug. 20, 2009
Fraud, 110 E. Main St., Los Gatos, 8:12am. A victim reported that a suspect had fraudulently used the victim’s social security number.
Auto Burglary, 264 Calle Marguerita, Los Gatos, 8:15am. A window of a vehicle parked on Calle Marguerita was smashed during the night, and a gym bag and electronic items were stolen.
Aug. 21, 2009
Narcotics, De Soto Drive, Los Gatos, 2:19pm. Following a vehicle stop, a 36-year-old white male was arrested for being under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance.
Auto Burglary, 285 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, 9:06am. An auto burglary was reported in the parking lot of the Los Gatos Athletic Club.
Narcotics/Burglary, 17000 Roberts Road, Los Gatos, 3:58am. Three Hispanic males, aged 23, 21 and 20, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine as well as burglary tools and stolen property. After evading police, the three suspects were located in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home of which they had no association. After the police found stolen property outside the vehicle, they discovered that the vehicle’s driver had also never had a drivers license. They arrested all three men and booked them into the main jail.

Assault, 15. N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 12:25pm. A bar fight was reported at Mountain Charley’s.
Narcotics, Chester Street, Los Gatos, 4:36am. A 18-year-old male was arrested for possession of hashish.
Drunk in Public, Victory Lane, Los Gatos, 9:02pm. A 30-year-old white male was arrested for being drunk in public.
Aug. 23, 2009
DUI, 141 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 12:32pm. A 49-year-old Hispanic male was arrested and booked for DUI.
Assault,Bean Ave., Los Gatos, 2:32am. A 21-year-old white male was arrested for battery.
Stolen Vehicle, Petticoat Lane, Los Gatos, 9:10pm. A motorcycle was reported stolen.
Aug. 25, 2009
Weapons, 209 Millbrea Lane, Los Gatos, 1:36pm. Police were called to a residence where two roommates were arguing. A 40-year-old male was found to be in possession of a five inch fixed blade knife, and was arrested for unlawful carrying and possession of a weapon, as well as being under the influence of a controlled substance.
DUI, 15000 Los Gatos Blvd., Los Gatos, 5:03pm. A 48-year-old male was arrested for DUI.
