Narcotics, 55 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, Los Gatos, 8:11am. A 38-year-old Hispanic male suspect was determined to be under the influence of a stimulant and was arrested. During a search of the suspect’s car, a stimulant was located, along with a replica firearm.
Auto Burglary, 110 S. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 3:36pm. A subject reported that a credit card and money had been taken from his truck.
Petty Theft, 110 S. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 3:41pm. A subject reported that her credit card was stolen from her purse.
Commercial Burglary, 333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos, 7:43am. A kiosk at the entrance of Vasona Park was burglarized during the night.
Vandalism, 112 Garden Hill Drive, Los Gatos, 3:18pm. An unknown suspect broke the window of a victim’s residence.
Drunk in Public, 470 N. Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, 12:59pm. A 46-year-old white male suspect was arrested for being drunk in public.
Narcotics, Andrews Street, Los Gatos, 7:44pm. A 28-year-old white male and a 20-year-old white female were arrested for possession of drugs, paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

DUI Accident, Hardwood Road., Los Gatos, 9:40pm. A 21-year-old black male suspect was arrested for reckless driving, DUI and driving under a suspended driver’s license.
DUI, N. Santa Cruz Ave./Royce St., Los Gatos, 12:02am. A 18-year-old Hispanic male suspect was arrested for driving under the influence.

Commercial Burglary, 23 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 12:05pm. Unknown suspects entered a Apple Store and stole iPhones.
Aug. 6, 2009
Forgery, 780 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos, 3:16pm. A 27-year-old black male suspect entered the Bank of America on Blossom Hill Road and attempted to pass a forged check. The police contacted him as he left the bank, and he was arrested.

DUI, Lark Ave., Los Gatos, 2:15am. A 26-year-old white female was arrested and booked for DUI.
Petty Theft, 14930 Oka Road., Los Gatos, 7:03pm. A petty theft report was taken for stolen bicycles.
Petty Theft, 297 Hershner Ct., Los Gatos, 10:16am. A victim had his wallet stolen from his residence.

Assault, 15 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 12:37am. A 28-year-old black male was arrested for fighting in public.
Auto Burglary, 16845 Hicks Road., Los Gatos, 3:49pm. An auto burglary was reported in a parking lot on Hicks Road. The unknown suspects and the victim’s stolen property remain outstanding.
Drunk in Public, 15 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, 1:29am. A 47-year-old white female suspect was determined to be too intoxicated to take care of herself. When police attempted to arrest her, she resisted officers, and was booked for being drunk in public and resisting arrest.
Auto Burglary, 338 Village Lane, Los Gatos, 7:38pm. An auto burglary occurred when a unknown suspect broke a car window and took property.
