Video: We took to the streets and asked Los Gatans for their thoughts on Swine Flu, which claimed its first Santa Clara County death earlier this month. Although it was declared a global pandemic in June by the World Health Organization, one Los Gatos man wasn’t worried, calling it “a waste of time.” And one student was excited her school might close down after a possible infection. There have been 40,617 confirmed cases and 263 Swine Flu deaths in the United States, 52 of which were in California, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
