“2nd Saturdays Discover the Treasures”

Take a trip to historic downtown Los Gatos and join the party. Every second Saturday in June, July and August there will be music, entertainment and money saving deals for your shopping needs. Over 100 businesses with bright red ribbons on the outside of its doors mean that there is a Second Saturday offer inside. Shop from 10am to 6pm and enjoy wine tasting from 11am to 5pm.

Bring the family for music concerts on every Saturday in June and July from 5 to 7pm. Local artists will be performing a wide range of acoustic genres including jazz, Celtic and folk. Performances will be held on the lawn near the Ranger’s Office. Brought to you by Santa Clara County Parks and South Bay Folks.

“2009 Silicon Valley Duck Race”

Do you love rubber duckies as much as Ernie from Sesame Street? Come see 15,000 of them “race” for charity and prizes at Vasona Lake County Park. Ducks can be “adopted” in singles for $5 or up to 25 for $100. Money will be donated to local non-profit charities and you could win one of the great prizes that will be given away.
