Pro skateboarder Ryan Decenzo will visit Los Gatos for the Red Bull Triple Set contest.
NC Boardshop in Los Gatos announced today that it will host the Red Bull Triple-Set on June 14. The Red Bull Triple Set is a best-trick contest that got world recognition when it was featured in the skateboarding video Strange Note and in Skateboarder magazine last year.
This is the second year for this competition.
The event is free and will feature about 50 of the skateboarding world’s top athletes doing the most advanced trickery, on one of the simplest and most innovative skate features around: the device known as the Red Bull Triple-Set—essentially a ramp with three sets of stairs stacked.
Ryan Decenzo, who was featured on the cover of Concrete Skateboarding and in many skateboarding videos will be making a special appearance at the event as well.
Winners will receive a cash prize. The event takes place on Sunday, June 14, from 10am to 5pm at the NC Boardshop on 16203 Los Gatos Blvd.
